If you could connect with one person from your past, who would it be and why?
Submitted by NayNay72.I'd like to see my nanny. She was still young when she took care of me and she was my best friend. If I see her again and she still wants to be a nanny, I'd like her to be my son's nanny.
What does blogging do for you?
Submitted by Madeleine Rose.
Ohhh... a whole lot'a things! =) But all in all, blogging makes me happy. It keeps me blissful especially when i'm unhappy at one point. Blogging brings out the real me (cliche as it may seem). I can be the bitchiest girl in town without the fear that I'll hurt someone in particular.
Most of all.... in this world of craziness... BLOGGING KEEPS ME SANE.
What's the hardest part about the role you play in your family?
Well, I am a mother, wife and a career woman rolled into one. I guess that's the hardest part of it all. Being flexible to be able to portray 3 different roles which are all equally challenging.
Despite the difficulties I encounter each day, I still manage to be who I really am. That's why I blog to get in touch with the true me. =)
How many pair of shoes do you have? Out of those pairs, how many do you wear more than a few times a year?
Submitted by fightinggale.
Shoes 1... shoes 2... shoes 3... i'm tired to count! The only thing I collect are shoes!!! Yippeee! I'd rather be naked but never out of shoes.
I guess ever since I started collecting shoes (which started 3 years ago when I start working) roughly 17 pairs. Not much yet for a shoe collector. The only thing that's bad is that after I gave birth, almost half of them don't fit me anymore. So I just wear 5 or 6 of them usually, especially the flats.
What is your daily commute like? What is the weirdest thing you've seen on that commute?
Submitted by E.This is not the weirdest but I guess the scariest thing I've experienced while commuting.
When I was still single, I used to live at Cavite. So I travel all the way from Cavite to Makati everyday. Since I am working in a call center, my starts earlier than a normal office employee. My shift used to start around 5 in the morning back then, so I have to leave the house around 3 or 3:30am. One morning, I was at Baclaran around 4:30am, I was rushing already coz I might be late, so I rode the first bus I saw. Inside the bus, I was busy putting powder and fixin' my hair, I really didn't have time to check out the people inside the bus, or if there were people inside. While checking myself at the mirror, the bus started to move and after 3 minutes the lights went off, and then I heard men declaring that they are going to rob us.
I was so scared! There were 3 men carrying knives and then they pulled down the curtains and so that the police won't see what's happening inside the bus. Then I felt that the bus turned at the wrong intersection. I felt more scared because I thought that they are going to kidnap us as well. We were 7 passengers, 5 of us are working in a call center, one is working for Starbucks and the other one is a Japanese national, he was about to go to Batangas and he was carrying a suitcase with Php15000.
My that celphone that time was brand new, about 2 weeks old. I haven't paid for it in full. Then this guy, sat beside me, pointed his knife at me and started to search me for money. He checked my bag, checked my pockets, he even put his hands inside my pocket. The scariest part was this guy tried to touch my breasts. I was so horrified, good thing the guy seated next to my chair grabbed me. So the robber went back to his original business and that was to get our phones and other valuables.
They got off the buss at Magallanes, and then the bus kept on moving. I thought they are still going to keep us, good thing the driver decided to look for a precint but they did not bring us to the nearest. Instead, they brought us to Camp Crame, which far from were the robbers got off.
Since then, I was so scared of riding a bus. Especially those with curtains and I always check out the people inside before I ride the bus.
It's dedication time. What song are you sending out, and who is it dedicated to?
I would dedicate the song "Make me whole" to my husband Gerald. This song would definitely tell him how I feel for him and how he affected me ever since he came to my life.
Darlin' I want you to listen I stayed up all night so I can get this thing right And I don't think there's anything missin' Coz a person like you made it easy to do I've waited for so long To sing to you this song CHORUS Coz your eyes are the windows to heaven Your smile could heal a million souls Your love completes my existence You're the other half that makes me whole You're the only other half that makes me whole I think the angels are your brothers, yeah They told about me, said "you're just what she needs" And I find myself thanking your mother For giving birth to a saint My spirit flies when I say your name If there's one thing that's true It's that I was born to love you CHORUS You make my dreams come true over and over again And I honestly truly believe That you and me are written in the stars I'd live my whole life through Just giving thanks to you (?) CHORUS

What song do you wish would never show up on a karaoke list?
My Way - because here in the Philippines, there are many people who gets killed whenever they sing this song. It's not really because of the song, but you'll be surprised that when the murder happens the song in the karaoke is My Way... creepy isn't?
